Screen Printing Bundle Requirements & Order Guidelines

Thank you for choosing Urban World Screen Printing & Embroidery for your custom apparel needs!

We offer affordable screen printing bundles designed to provide high-quality custom T-shirts at competitive prices. To ensure accurate pricing, smooth processing, and timely production, please review the following requirements and guidelines before placing your order.

1. Bundle Quantity Requirements

• Each screen printing bundle has a specific minimum shirt quantity.
• All shirts included in a bundle must use the same artwork, design size, print colors, and print location.
• Shirt sizes may be mixed within the bundle, subject to availability and applicable size surcharges.
• Any changes to the design, ink colors, or print locations may result in additional charges.

2. Shirt Sizes & Additional Charges

Our standard bundle pricing includes sizes Youth Small through Adult XL (1X).

The following additional charges apply per shirt:

Toddler sizes may require an additional screen setup charge of $20 per color, per screen.

3. Artwork & Design Requirements

• Customers must provide clear, high-quality artwork suitable for screen printing.
• Vector artwork is preferred (AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG).
• Artwork requiring extensive editing, recreation, or conversion may incur additional fees.
• The number of ink colors must match the selected screen printing bundle.
• Additional ink colors, print locations, or oversized designs may require a customized quote.

4. Artwork Approval

Before production begins, customers will receive an artwork proof for review when applicable.

Customers are responsible for verifying:

• Correct spelling and wording
• Artwork size and placement
• Ink colors and design details
• Shirt quantities, sizes, and colors

Production will not begin until the final artwork has been approved.

Once artwork is approved and production begins, changes may result in additional charges or delays.

5. Production & Delivery Times

Our standard production and shipping schedule is as follows:

• Production: Approximately 2–5 business days after final artwork approval and fulfillment of all order requirements.
• FedEx Shipping: Approximately 3–5 additional business days, depending on the destination.
• Local Delivery: Free local delivery is available for qualifying orders.

Please note that production and delivery times are estimates and may vary due to inventory availability, order complexity, holidays, or shipping carrier delays.

6. Payment & Order Confirmation

• Orders must be confirmed and payment arrangements completed before production begins.
• Any additional charges will be communicated before the order is finalized.
• Once production has started, cancellations or changes may not be possible.

7. Important Bundle Pricing Information

Our screen printing bundles are priced based on standardized production requirements.

Orders requiring different designs, multiple ink colors, additional print locations, specialty garments, or other custom specifications may not qualify for advertised bundle pricing.

We are always happy to provide a customized estimate for orders that fall outside our standard bundle requirements.
